Registration for the 2010 TPPW football and cheer season has now been completed. The in-person registration were on the following dates at Ashley Falls Elementary:
March 13th - Noon to 4:30 pm
March 31st - 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm
April 18th - Noon to 3:30 pm
For all registered players, we need:
1. Copy of legal birth certificate or passport (this must be a state- or county-issued, certified birth certificate, not a hospital certificate).
2. Wallet size school photo clearly showing the player's face.
3. The signed Participant Contract you printed out at the completion of your on-line Pre-Registration.
4. The registration fees are paid by credit/debit card at the end of the on-line registration. No checks or cash accepted.

As mentioned above, TPPW will need 1 copy of the Player Participant Contract that you can print out at the end of your on-line pre-registration. This must be brought in to one of the in-person registration dates.
Medical and Physical Form 2010
On or before June 30th, TPPW will need 1 copy of the Physical Form - so please have your physician sign the original document and make 1 additional copy, keep one for your records.
Volunteer Application
For any parents interested in volunteering for either league or team duties, please fill out the attached volunteer form and bring it to registration.
